Hospital Transformation with a User centered approach

As a UX and service designer for a 30-bed private hospital, I initially aimed to enhance patient and staff experiences. The project evolved into streamlining internal systems, creating feedback loops, and improving efficiency. This led to higher patient satisfaction, better ratings, and a strategic focus on business process improvements.

Building the Service Design pillar @EY

This document was pivotal in my journey to becoming an Associate Creative Director - Service Design at EY’s design studio. It highlights my contributions in building the service design vertical, advocating for my expertise, and addressing initial challenges such as lack of clarity and integration. Through this document, I demonstrated the value I brought to the studio, ultimately securing my new role.
